Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Series 40th Anniversary Tour Held In Paris Tokyo

Following New York and Milan, Audemars Piguet held a world tour exhibition of the 40th anniversary of the Royal Oak collection of the brand’s classic watches at the Palais de Tokyo in Paris.
    More than 700 guests were invited by Ms. Jasmine Audemars, Chairman of the Board of Audemars Piguet, Mr. Tim Sayler, Marketing Director of Audemars Piguet, and Mr. Nicolas Besançon, General Manager of Audemars Piguet, to attend the opening dinner of the exhibition. Famous international superstar Anggun, actor Jean-Marc Barr and many French actors including Omar Sy, Lambert Wilson, Julie Gayet, Cecile Cassel, Clotilde Courau, Elisa Tovati, Virginie Ledoyen, Marc Lavoine and Patrick Bruel etc. also took the time to support this event, The scene was star-studded. Audemars Piguet VIPs also enjoyed the live performance of the band Woodkid that night.
     For the first time, more than 100 classic pieces from the Royal Oak collection have been collected from the Audemars Piguet factory in Le Brassus, Switzerland, to relive the legendary history of the first stainless steel high-end sports watch. The beautiful surroundings of the Tokyo Palace Museum of Fine Arts in Paris provide the most suitable venue for this exhibition.
     The decoration of the exhibition not only shows Audemars Piguet’s exquisite craftsmanship and professional skills, but also highlights the avant-garde style and modern temperament of this series of watches, highlighting the Royal Oak’s complete subversion of fine watchmaking in the past 40 years. The elaborate layout was designed by three famous artists, combining the architectural design of Sébastien Léon Agneessens, Quayola and Dan Holdsworth , Video, photography and audiovisual works, adding an artistic atmosphere to the scene.
     The exhibition is held from June 6th (Wednesday) to 10th (Sunday) in the Saut du Loup’s private exhibition hall in Tokyo Palace, Paris. All lovers of fine watchmaking and Royal Oak series have the opportunity to meet Brassou craftsmen communicate with. Visitors can also admire the engraving machine used to make Audemars Piguet’s unique ‘tapisserie’ checkered pattern on the dial of the Royal Oak watch.
     Following Paris, the 40th Anniversary World Tour Exhibition of the Royal Oak Series will land in Beijing and will be open to the public from August 30th to September 2nd.
